The fruit is transported in a container cooled to 12 ° C in cardboard boxes (boxes made from sustainable forest according to international standards) with 6 units, palletized in pallets of wood fumigated (according to international requirements and certification), making a total of 21 pallets per container with 84 boxes each, totaling 1,764 cases with 10,584 units. The boxes contained the packing date and batch number, the date being the same as packing .
The average weight of the coconut is 2.200Kg and water volume is 400 to 500 ml. The time between harvesting, packaging and transport to the port is 4 days, the container on the farm already stuffed with temperature controlled. The ideal time for consumption is 35 days, counting from the date of collection.
